Fused Deposition Modeling ( FDM ) Technology

Fused Deposition Modeling ( FDM ) Technology, based 3D Printing machines, constructs three-dimensional parts by extruding fine thermoplastic 3D printer filaments through a heated liquefier. Layer by layer, the material fuses instantly, creating strong, durable parts suitable for mechanical, thermal, or chemical testing and end-use applications. Equipped with soluble support technology, FDM 3D printing allow the creation of complex assemblies and intricate parts without the need for post-processing or complex assembly processes.

PolyJet Technology

PolyJet Technology, another 3D Printing process ensures high accuracy and excellent surface quality by utilizing ink jetting technology on Stratasys 3D printers. In these photopolymer resin 3D Printer. material is jetted layer by layer onto a build tray and cured by UV light, resulting in smooth, precise, and highly detailed parts. With the option to combine different materials and colors, PolyJet technology can simulate a wide range of mechanical and physical properties, offering over 100 combinations of digital materials enabling it to address several 3D Printing applications.

Stereolithography (SLA) Technology

Stereolithography, yet another additive manufacturing process, involves the utilization of a reservoir containing liquid UV-curable photopolymer resin and a UV laser to construct parts incrementally, layer by layer. Primarily employed as a prototyping technology, Stereolithography serves industries that require the production of parts or models to verify fit, form, and function, as well as for concept visualization purposes. Moreover, Stereolithography finds 3D Printing applications in manufacturing scenarios involving short-run part production, including vacuum castings, injection mold tooling, investment casting master patterns, and the creation of functional end-use parts suitable for specific environments.

Programmable PhotoPolymerization (P3™) technology

Pioneering the next phase in 3D printing, Programmable PhotoPolymerization (P3™) technology represents an evolution of digital light processing ( DLP ) and enables the mass production of functional end-use parts.

Through the advanced P3 3D Printing Software, the interplay of light, temperature, pull forces, and pneumatics is meticulously orchestrated to optimize prints and deliver exceptional results. With P3, manufacturers can achieve unparalleled accuracy and surface finish comparable to injection moulding, all within an expanding repertoire of high-performance 3D Printing materials

Selection absorption fusion ( SAF ) technology

SAF technology serves as the foundation for the powder bed fusion 3D printing process of the H350 3D Printer. It leverages the HAF™ infrared absorption fluid to fuse layers of polymer powder particles, gradually constructing the desired parts. Additionally, SAF utilizes the proprietary Big Wave™ powder management technology, ensuring consistent powder distribution throughout the build. Industrial-grade piezo-electric print heads precisely jet the HAF fluid onto specified areas, forming each cross section of the part. Subsequently, exposure to infrared energy melts and fuses the HAF-treated areas together. This iterative sequence continues until the parts are fully fabricated.

SAF, an industrial-grade 3D Printing technology, drives the powder-based additive manufacturing process, delivering superior outcomes in end-use parts production. It serves as the cutting-edge 3D printing technology behind the H Series Production Platform, providing precise control over the printing process and ensuring accurate and consistent production while maintaining competitive part costs.
