Being a workhorse, Fortus 450mc 3D Printer is a high-performance 3D production system capable of producing components with dimensions of up to 406 x 355 x 406 mm [16 x 14 x 16 in].  It offers the flexibility of using varied layer thicknesses (ultrafine, fine, standard, draft) depending on the desired material properties and 3D Printing applications.

Fortus 450mc 3D Printing Machine supports various industrial and high performance thermoplastics ( 3D Printing Filaments ) viz. ULTEM 9085, ULTEM 1010, Nylon12CF, PEI, PEKK and Antero 800NA enabling it for nylon 3D Printing and carbon fibre 3D Printing. ULTEM , being a FAA certified 3D Printing materials, enables end use parts for Aerospace applications

Alongside the GrabCAD 3D Printing software, also available is Insight software, an advanced 3D Printing Design Software allowing for manual optimization of print process parameters to achieve the best possible strength, surface quality, running time, and other desired outcomes.
