Stratasys F770

F770 – Large Volume FDM Industrial 3D Printer

The Stratasys F770 is a cost-effective industrial 3D printer designed for high-volume 3D Printing / production and is based on Fused Deposition modelling technology (FDM), invented by Stratasys. This FDM 3D Printing Machine boasts one of the largest 3D Printer build volumes among strartasys systems, exceeding 372,000,000,000 mm³ featuring the widest build chamber. This allows for the easy and efficient production of either large, intricate parts or a large quantity of smaller components. With the utilization of industrial-grade Fused Deposition Modelling technology, which ensures consistent, reliable, and precise results, it becomes possible to 3D Print parts that are large within a meticulously controlled and heated build chamber. Also, this Industrial 3D Printer  with its longest fully heated build chamber in the market, you can print a part that is nearly 1.2 meters long on the diagonal.

F770 3D Printing Machine supports industrial thermoplastics ( 3D Printing Filaments ) such as ABS-M30 and ASA, along with the water soluble 3D Printing support material SR30, which enable one to print intricate and complex designs including trapped geometries overhangs, bridges etc.   The availability of three-layer thickness options allows for flexibility in processing these 3D Printing materials. Moreover, the printer comes equipped with the GrabCAD Print 3D Printing software, and in addition have access to the Insight, an advanced 3D Printing design software. Its large build volume and presence of both GrabCAD and Insight 3D Printing Software, enables users to work on multiple 3D Printing Applications both for large prototyping and manufacturing requirements.

Smart Factory Workflows: Insight Software’s Connectivity Solutions for Industry 4.0

Among other advanced features, 3D Printing Design Software Insight also provides advanced design tools that allow users to optimize and enhance 3D models for additive manufacturing. It offers features like lattice structures, lightweighting, and part consolidation, enabling the creation of complex geometries that were previously unattainable with traditional manufacturing methods.

The ability of Insight 3D Printer software to integrate with other software platforms and manufacturing systems, enables seamless data exchange and connectivity across the production workflow. Such integration facilitates the implementation of end-to-end digital manufacturing processes, where data from CAD, PLM and other software tools can be directly used in the additive manufacturing process. Such connectivity offered by this FDM 3D Printing software enhances collaboration, streamlines production, and supports the concept of a connected, data-driven smart factory in Industry 4.0.

Due to its diverse capabilities, the Stratasys F770 FDM 3D Printing Machine is an ideal solution for an array of 3D Printing applications for manufacturing jigs, replacement parts, tooling, and large functional prototypes intended for design, testing, and validation purposes.

Stratasys F770 Features

The series of 3D printers allow you to produce fast, effective prototypes for concept development.

Easy to operate & safe to use

Compared to other additive fabrication systems, F770 3D Printing machine operation is so simple, an operator can be trained to in less than 30 minutes.

Lights-out, 24/7 Operation

The F770 offers a lights-out, continuous operation for 3D printing, allowing round-the-clock functionality without the need for constant monitoring. With quick-change 3D Print ing materials canisters each holding 200 cubic inches of 3D Printer filaments, it enables up to 140 hours of unattended printing.

Smarter Software

Each Stratasys 3D Printer comes with GrabCAD Print, a dedicated 3D Printing Software tool provided by Stratasys. It allows you to efficiently manage your printer, monitor the availability of materials, and easily share its resources throughout your network.

More Speed and Productivity

With the F770 3D printers, designers and engineers gain access to cost-effective large-scale, industrial 3D printing capabilities. This enables faster progress through concept iterations and component verification, covering wide range of 3D Printing applications ultimately boosting productivity and helping you achieve your goals more efficiently with consistent and repeatable outcomes.
