Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with academic, research institutes and commercial clients.
  • Understand the unique needs and requirements of both academic and commercial accounts.
  • Promote and sell CATIA software, simulation software, 3D printers, Bio 3D printers and 3D scanners to potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the features and benefits of the software and hardware.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in CAD/CAM solutions and 3D printing technologies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to the management team.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the products and expand the customer base.

Requirements:

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Brief knowledge of CATIA software/ simulation software/ 3D printers/ 3D scanners.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or business development within the CAD/CAM or 3D printing industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the products.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result oriented.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the academic sector and commercial market dynamics.
  • Ability to understand and fulfil the specific needs of academic institutions and commercial clients.
