Workflow of Geomagic Control
Input:
Scan quickly with Artec 3Dscanners and process the data in Artec Studio to create 3Dmodels. Once the model is ready align / directly export to Geomagic Control X form the file menu. Scan data will open in the Control X window.
Align:
Align the scanned data to global co-ordinate or align on the imported CAD model against it to be inspected. Align all the way from Best-fit Alignment, R-P-S alignment, Datum alignment many more.
Quality Inspection:
Inspect all the intended parameters with or without CAD, CAD-Scan or Scan-scan surface comparison,2D section comparison, Boundary comparison,CAD Aware Dimensioning and GD&T,Multiple Result Analysis,Synchronous Inspection,Workflow Driven Probing Processes,Root Cause Analysis & Traceabilityetc.
Report:
With a click export all the data drive details to a report either in pdf/ppt/xml etc., utilize Viewpoint Driven Reporting, Customizable Templates, Batch inspection and more.
