Job Description:
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Activation and Demand Generation manager to plan and execute events that engage business customers and support our marketing goals. This role involves managing all aspects of events, from strategy to execution, with a focus on generating leads and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and track event performance
- Plan and manage virtual and in-person events (e.g., trade shows, webinars, workshops)
- Learn and understand products to conduct effective product demonstrations
- Develop event strategies that align with business goals
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure event success
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
- Track and analyse event performance to drive continuous improvement in lead generation
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing/Sales
- Mechanical Engineering or Master degree in Marketing, with relevant industry experience
- Should be open to frequent travel, primarily within the northern and eastern regions of India
- Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, and market activation
- Ability to manage multiple events and meet deadlines
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, or event management software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and experience engaging senior leaders
